Plant-based medicine is the perfect complement to Bowenwork. Allowing the body to care for itself.

Essential oils can be used topically, aromatically or internally. Be sure you are giving your body the best. These oils are Certified, thoroughly tested for purity and consistency, with full disclosure of their batch testing results. Absorption through the skin, nasal  passages or mouth is affecting your whole body so know what you are exposing it to.

I have been amazed at the endless number of uses for oils and at pennies per drop, or dose, for most.

Lemon, lavender and peppermint, the 3 basics, can be used to address most anything either alone or in combination.

A drop of lemon oil or other citrus in your water, or in a recipe is really tasty while being antiseptic and purifying at the same time. Lavender and peppermint are on the list of oils to reduce pain and inflammation. And both lemon and peppermint are good for naturally whitening teeth. Use for a treat while Oil Pulling for teeth and gums; pull toxins from the bloodstream at the same time.

The possibilities are endless and so much fun to explore. There really is "an oil for that"!

I have used essential oils myself for a number of years. It has been exciting to discover the many ways they can help support the body in the work I do with my clients. For everything from anxiety and respiratory problems, to cardiac issues, inflammation and pain, there is a choice of oils to use. Not every oil or its scent resonates with someone, so it is helpful to have options, whatever the issue.
